Connection.

The intention for the day was connection.

On Tuesday night, I stumbled upon an old design book by Ellon Lupton that reminded me of the importance of storytelling to build connection.

I focused on the details by:

1. Adding layers of paint to certain elements to create depth.
2. Weaving leaves in and out of the netting.
3. And placing KD onto a leaf to finally connect the Avengers: Curry, Lebron, and KD.

I've also been prepping to represent my community in this painting by placing sticky notes with their initials in areas where I was inspired to create.

Slowly, but surely this piece is coming together.
